When will CBG Las Vegas 2020 occur?
With everyone's best interest at heart, we have decided to move the CBG Show dates to
Tuesday, September 8th through Thursday, the 10th;
Sept. 7: Exhibitor Setup (Labor Day) / Early Registration
Sept. 8: Day 1
Sept. 9: Day 2
Sept. 10: Day 3
I have a hotel reservation at the Caesars Palace, made through the CBG Room Block. What do I need to do?
For those who have made a reservation within our Caesars Palace room block from March 18- April 16, your reservations was automatically canceled on March 18th. Any reservations outside that time frame will have to be cancelled by you. Any prepayments will be refunded. Please visit Caesars Palace online at: caesars.com/updates for more information.

What will happen to my existing badge registration for CBG Las Vegas 2020?
No action is required. Your badge registrations will remain the same. If you have any questions or would like to change the names submitted, please email email@example.com
What happens to my booth/table payment?
All amounts paid will be automatically transfer to the new event dates, Tuesday, September 8th through Thursday, the 10th. If you are unable to attend, please email, firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What will happen to my sponsorship / show book payments foe 2020 CBG Las Vegas?
All amounts paid will be automatically apply towards new event dates, Tuesday, September 8th through Thursday, the 10th.
Sponsors will be emailed a revised sponsor kit with their new presentation details.

What safety procedures has CBG put in place?
All guest are required to wear a mask at all times in all meeting and convention space.
We are currently working on a contingency plan with Caesars Palace and GES. When we get more info we will share with the group.
CBG Las Vegas will be a hand-shaking free event. Signage should be made and place around the show room, meeting/lunch room and registration desk, and vault as a reminder to all attendees.
Designated sanitizing stations stocked with hand sanitizer and disposable wipes.
Signs will be made and place around the event reminding guest safe hygiene procedures.
In addition to the supplies we are providing, we are also requiring all exhibitors to bring their own hand sanitizer for their booth AND sanitize all jewelry and booth space between appointments.
