Our main priority is everyone's safety. We have been monitoring the rise of the COVID Omicron variant closely.

Please be assured that CBG, as well as the Hyatt Grand Cypress Hotel are doing everything possible to create and maintain a safe and productive event with everyone's safety and well being at the forefront. 

To ensure the SAFETY of all attendees, we will be requiring 

For those that cannot provide this, we have arranged an on-site testing

team for rapid testing. No fee is required to get tested.

Sunday, Jan 16 / 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Monday, Jan 17 / 8:00am - 12:00pm


This protocol is required to receive your badge
and be allowed entry to the Showroom floor.

Hyatt Safety Protocols:

  • Every hotel staff member is required to wear a mask, whether they are vaccinated or not.

  • There will be servers at each food station serving breakfast and lunch in lieu of doing buffet style meals. 

  • Masks are highly encouraged but not required. We will also have masks available for you.

  • Enhanced cleaning measures are in place and constantly monitored throughout the entire hotel.

  • Hand Sanitizer stations throughout the hotel and showroom.

PLEASE BE PREPARED to use all proper protocol to ensure the safety of yourself and others. 

Please be mindful that some CBG Members may request for you to be masked during appointments.
If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
