2021 Membership Fee: $600.00, if you have not received your invoice please contact the office.
2021 Vendor Agreement: Please sign and return to the CBG office by November 16th, 2020. This document must be submitted with payment.
Vendor General Information Form: Review, revise if needed, and sign. This form must be returned to the CBG office by November 16th, 2020. This page will be shared with the CBG retailers. You are bound to this agreement so please make sure all info is correct. *New* you must sign your general information form to confirm the information is correct. Contact the CBG office to get a copy of your form.
If your general information form is not signed and return to the CBG office by Nov. 16th, all terms and conditions from the previous year will roll over to 2021. We are not responsible if the contact information is incorrect.

If you are interested in participating in the January CBG VTS show, we ask that you sign up by the above date. This will allow you sufficient time to gather the necessary information needed to build your Virtual Show Showcase and to schedule meetings.
