The 2025 CBG Supplier Guide is an annual book that we mail to all the CBG retailers at the beginning of each year.
The Supplier Guide serves as a directory. This is the largest book of the year as it contains all of the authorized CBG Suppliers General Information Forms. The retailers will refer to this book throughout the year to check on the deals and terms that our suppliers are offering.
*Because retailers will use this directory all year, this advertising opportunity is available to all Authorized CBG Suppliers.*
Your ad will include:

A beautiful, full color, 8.5" x 11" perfect bound book on high quality magazine paper.

A digital version of the show book in a flip book format that will be shown online as well as at the show on our huge HD video screens.

This show-book is the perfect opportunity to have your company's' presence seen by the entire CBG retail membership.
SUPPLIER GUIDE ADS
The book will be mailed to the retailers 2-3 weeks prior to the show. It will contain a list of all exhibitors, schedule of events, and supplier general information forms.

Mini Show Books (Onsite Directory) are given to all retailer as they pick up their badges for the show. It will contain a list of attending suppliers and a map of the show.

SUPPLIER GUIDE - Book Ad Specifications:

Your booth number and show specific information is not necessary as this is an annual directory.

Document Size with Bleed: 9” x 11.5”

Final Document Size After Trim: 8.5” x 11”

Spreads: Please submit spreads as 2 separate pages

Bleed Area: Do not submit with bleed marks. This area must have any background colors or images that you want extended to the edge of the page. When printed, this .25" area will be cut off to create the finished 8.5" x 11" size.

Safe Zone (Margins): This is .375" (3/8") area is the safe zone for any important text or images that you don't want cut off. Any important information should not enter this area. Our book is perfect bound. The printer will shave 1/8 of an inch off of all pages. To keep your artwork safe, please keep all important text and images within the safe zone.

PRODUCTION REMINDERS
Prior to submitting your digital PDF CBG AD file, check carefully for:

Images: Images included in your ad must be high-resolution!
Following our specs your file should be; Width: 2700 pixels and Height: 3450 Pixels. (that would include bleed) (For Mini Show Book see above)

Fonts: Carefully check your advertisement text flow and make sure that your fonts were not substituted incorrectly by another font. If you are using a unique font please include the name and or the font file with your submission.

Flattened File: Be sure that your ad does not contain any layers.

Please send files for printing in CMYK and a copy saved in the RGB color format for the online digital Flip Book.
