Canceling Room Reservations:
As per your membership with CBG, you are required to book at least 1 room at
the JW Marriott Water Street Tampa Hotel
for at least 3 nights. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $500.00.
If you cancel your reservation without an authorized excuse or fail to make one as per your membership requirements you are responsible for a $500 charge. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room. The hotel will send us a report of all cancellations weekly.

Booth Credit Procedure
Save $1,000 when you stay at the designated hotel! To qualify for this *credit, you must book at least one room for a minimum of three nights within the CBG room block. Reservations made through third-party platforms are not eligible for the booth credit. To apply the credit to your account, please send your reservation confirmation to contact@cbgi.org. We will also monitor the room block and automatically apply credits as reservations are confirmed.
*Note:
If you have already paid for your booth in full, the credit will be applied to your account. You can use it for sponsorships, advertising opportunities, or future shows. Please note that refunds are not available.
