Customizable Business Hours

You can now edit your company hours to show what times and days you are available. Note: times are set in Eastern standard Time.

 

Please follow the instructions below to utilize this feature or turn it off. 

Instructions:

Once you have login to your dashboard, scroll to the bottom and select the button "MANAGE STORE" to open your admin panel. 

On the left menu select Custom Event Schedule 

Edit Days: Select the Green Y to turn off a day. This will change button to a red N. 

Edit Time: To edit the time, please select the blue Pencil button

User Accounts and Customizable Calendars

Users are able to conduct meetings at the same time. 

*NEW* users can now edit their schedule to show their availability. Retailers will be able to select what associate they would like to meet with. Please follow the instructions below to utilize this feature or turn it off. 

Instructions:

Once you have login to your dashboard, scroll to the bottom and select the button "MANAGE STORE" to open your admin panel. 

On the left menu select Vendor Users. 

To add users, select the +Add New button next to the header.

Once users have been added, you will be able to edit their availability by selecting the green calendar button under Event Schedule. This will open the below page. 

Turning Days On and Off: Select the Green Y to turn off a day. This will change button to a red N. 

      NOTE: If you want to have an active user that does not run meetings, please select turn off each day. Their username will be active and retailers will not be able to request them for a meeting.

Edit Time: To edit the time, please select the blue Pencil button

Edit Who receives Meeting Notifications and linking Social Media

You can now edit who will receive email notifications about pending and confirmed meetings. Int he same section, you can edit your social media links.

Instructions:

Once you have login to your dashboard, scroll to the bottom and select the button "MANAGE STORE" to open your admin panel. 

On the left menu select Manage Social Pages & Email

On this page you will be able to insert additional emails and the links to your social media pages

Quickly Access your Showcase from Admin

You can now access your Showcase and Dashboard from your admin panel. These links are located on the top of your page in the header.

 

Showcase: This is the page that the retailers will see. It has all the information your have upload to our platform. 

Dashboard: On this page you will be able to schedule and manage meetings

Export Wishlist

You can now export the pre-selected wishlist you have sent to the retailers.

Instructions:

This feature is located on our showcase.

 

Once you have add product to your wishlist (click here for additional instructions on how to do this), select the P on the header of your showcase.

When this page opens, select the download button next to the header, Vendor Wishlist. This will download the list to your computer.
