THE HOTEL: The Biltmore Hotel: "Jewel of the Desert"

Opened in 1929, the Arizona Biltmore is a 5-star LXR Hotel & Resort known for its iconic Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture and lush desert setting.

Architecture & Ambiance: Features signature geometric "Biltmore blocks" and old Hollywood glamour. It offers a sophisticated, historic atmosphere perfect for corporate events.
Accommodations: 701 rooms, including private cottages and suites with patios or fire pits.
Amenities: Seven distinct pools (including the Paradise Pool with a water slide and adults-only Saguaro Pool), two 18-hole championship golf courses, a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness center, and the Tierra Luna Spa.
Dining: Seven outlets, including Renata’s Hearth and the Art Deco Wright Bar, the reputed birthplace of the Tequila Sunrise.

In view of strict security measures, no one will be allowed to enter the show area without a badge. Badges will be given to the individual whose name is on the list after showing the proper photo identification i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc. along with a business card. It is the responsibility of each person to pick up his or her own badge. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us enforce these security procedures.

Additional Badges will be charged $900.
