BOOTH CREDIT PROCEDURE
Deduct $1,000 when you stay at the designated hotel. To receive your *credit, you must take at least 1 room for 3 nights and book within our room block. Please submit your reservation confirmation to contact@cbgi.org.

*Note: If you pay for your booth in full, you will receive a credit on your account. You will be able to use this credit towards sponsorships, advertising opportunities, or future shows. You also have an option to submit your payment with the $1,000 already deducted. If we do not receive your hotel reservation, the $1,000 will remain on your account as an open balance.
ROOM CANCELLATIONS:
CBG REQUIREMENTS: Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room. The hotel will send us a report of all cancellations weekly. If we have applied the discount on your booth but you cancelled your reservation, we will send you an invoice for $1,000. You must reserve at least 1 room for 3 nights at the designated hotel to qualify for the discount.
HOTEL REQUIREMENT: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 7 days before arrival. Please note that you will incur a cancellation fee of 1 night if you must cancel after this deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be aware that the furnishings included with your CBG booth package are fixed and cannot be exchanged (e.g., a 6' table cannot be swapped for a 4' table). If you require any additional furnishings, they must be purchased through GES.

Signature Double Booth Package (20’ x 8’) - $20,000 - NEW
Premium placement at the front of the hall, adjacent to the new CBG Lounge, with color carpeting and color drapes. Includes 5 badges, FOUR 6’ skirted tables, 8 chairs, 2 wastebaskets, 2 x Electrical Outlet: 5 amp (500 watt) each, 2 x track & 8 track lights provided by GES, and company sign.
Spotlight Single Booth (10’ x 8’) - $10,900
A full booth presence with 3 badges, white back and side drapes, one 6’ skirted table, 4 chairs, a wastebasket, 1 Electrical Outlet: 5 amp (500 watt), 1 - track & 4 track lights provided by GES, and company sign.
Spotlight Double Booth (20’ x 8’) – $16,900
5 badges, two 6’ skirted tables, 8 chairs, 2 wastebaskets, 2 x electrical outlet: 5 amp (500 watt) each, 2 x track & 8 track lights provided by GES, and company sign.
Silver Lining Area (formerly Table) - $4900 per space
Perfect for service providers or price point wholesalers, includes a 6’x 4’ area, 2 badges, one 6’ skirted table, 4 chairs, a wastebasket, 1 electrical outlet: 5 amp (500 watt), and company sign.

You will need your booth number to place the order. CBG assigns booth numbers as payment is received. If you have submitted payment but have not received your booth number, please contact the CBG office to receive it, 305-868-9004.

*Holiday dates that the facility would be closed would be December 24-26 & January 1
All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

VAULT & SECURITY SCHEDULE & FAQ'S
Vault and Security FAQ's
Where is the Vault?
The Vault is located in the Secured Area of the Tampa Bay Ballroom.
When will the Vault open?
The Vault will open Sunday, Sept 7th at noon and close on Wednesday, Sept 10th. at 10am.
All Merchandise must be removed from the vault by 10:30am each morning. Live merchandise cannot stay in the vault during show hours. See schedule below.

How does the Vault work?
Armed security will be on duty at vault during the hours listed below.

Your product must be placed into trunks and secured with a lock and key.
At the vault you will be given a ticket for each trunk. On the top portion of the ticket you will write your company name, booth number, and a sign it with your signature. This top portion of the ticket will be attached to each your trunks. You will be given the bottom portion with the corresponding ticket number. Please be aware that the person who signs in the trunk is the ONLY person allowed to sign out the product the next day and they MUST present the ticket to the vault guard. Do not loose your ticket! The security guards will not release your trunks until all other trunks have been removed from the Vault and they are assured that the trunk belongs to you.
You will be given new vault tickets for your trunks everyday.
We will have a designated area for you to store your empty trunks during the day. There is no procedure for storing empty trunks. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
You cannot leave your empty trunks and boxes on the showroom floor.
Will there be security?
There will be 24 hour armed guards from Sunday, September 7th at noon until the end of show Wednesday, September 10th at 2pm. They will not be at the vault during show hours. Please see the vault schedule.
Will there be cameras?
No, CBG will not provide cameras on the showroom floor. If you feel that it is necessary, please click here to order them through our designated provider.
When will the armored carriers start releasing our merchandise?
Sunday, Jan 18th- Armored carriers will arrive at noon and begin releasing merchandise until 5pm.
Monday, January 19th - Armored carriers will return between 7:00am - 9:30am. Show starts at 10:30am.
When will the armored carriers start picking up our merchandise?
Wednesday, January 21st - Armored carriers will distribute packing slips around 8:00am.
If you missed them, they will be back at 12pm to begin setting up their station.
They will start accepting merchandise at 2:00pm.
When can I set up my booth?
You can set up your booth from 12pm to 5pm on Sunday, January 18th
If you need additional time, the ballroom will open again for setup on Monday, January 19th at 7am. Show starts at 10:30am.
Can I hang signs in my booth?
Yes! You can hang signs in your booth and in your booth ONLY. We will not let exhibitors place signs in the foyer or in the aisles of the ballroom. You can not block the view of your neighbors or replace the drape with your banner.
