The 2026 CBG Supplier Guide is an annual book that will be published as a live digital flip book for all CBG retailers at the beginning of the year.
The Supplier Guide serves as a directory and is the largest publication of the year as it contains all of the authorized CBG Suppliers General Information Forms.
The retailers will refer to this book throughout the year to check on the deals and terms that CBG suppliers are offering.
*Because retailers will use this directory all year, this advertising opportunity is available to all Authorized CBG Suppliers.*

Book Ad Specifications:

Images: Must be high-resolution! We will not accept an ad that does not match the quality of our magazine.

Document Size with Bleed: 9” x 11.5”

Final Document Size After Trim: 8.5” x 11”

Spreads: Please submit spreads as 2 separate pages

Bleed Area: Do not submit with bleed marks. This area must have any background colors or images that you want extended to the edge of the page. When finalized, this .25" area will allow for the fold to create the finished 8.5" x 11" size.

Safe Zone (Margins): This is .375" (3/8") area is the safe zone for any important text or images that you don't want cut off. Any important information should not enter this area. To keep your artwork safe, please keep all important text and images within the safe zone.

No advertising of other shows (i.e. IJO, RJO, etc.) are permitted.

Your booth number and show specific information is not permitted as this is an annual publication.

PRODUCTION REMINDERS
Prior to submitting your digital PDF CBG AD file, check carefully for:

Images: Images included in your ad must be high-resolution!
Following our specs your file should be; Width: 2700 pixels and Height: 3450 Pixels. (that would include bleed) (For Mini Show Book see above)

Fonts: Carefully check your advertisement text flow and make sure that your fonts were not substituted incorrectly by another font. If you are using a unique font please include the name and or the font file with your submission.

Flattened File: Be sure that your ad does not contain any layers.

Please send files for printing in CMYK and a copy saved in the RGB color format for the online digital Flip Book.
